OpenOffice: Remove double spaces
If you type long documents in OpenOffice, double spaces can creep in. We show you how to find and remove them in our instructions.
Remove double spaces in OpenOffice
- Open the document in OpenOffice.
- Place the cursor at the beginning of the text and go to "Find and Replace" in the menu under "Edit".
- Now enter two spaces in the "Search for" field and a single one in the "Replace with" field.
- If you click the "Replace all" button, all double spaces in your text will be deleted and replaced by a single one.
