01805 numbers: what are the costs?

The cost of calling an 01805 number is regulated by law. You pay 14 cents per minute when you call from a German landline. When calling from a cell phone, the call can cost you up to 42 cents per minute.

That costs other 0180 numbers

Certain prices apply to all 0180 numbers. For example, 01802 or 01806 numbers cost 20 cents per call. Unlike with 0900 numbers, providers are not obliged to state the costs at the beginning of the call. However, the following applies to everyone: You must not be charged for an automatic announcement. You only have to pay when you are connected to a voice computer or an employee.

The landline number behind the service number

By the way, behind a chargeable number is always a normal landline number. The online magazine "Teltarif" collects the corresponding landline numbers from users and publishes them on page 0180.info. So you can call the service numbers at the landline tariff - in the best case free of charge with a landline flat rate.
