No internet connection possible at 1 & 1 with a smartphone or tablet
The problem may also be with your mobile device because certain configurations are incorrect. This often happens if, for example, you have fitted your smartphone with a new SIM card.
- To do this, go to the "Menu" under Android and select the "Settings".
- Under the "Network Connections" option, click "More Settings".
