Error in the morning routine - it starts with the bed
Shaking out the bedclothes tomorrow and putting them together neatly is one of them. You are not alone in this. However, you are doing your health no good.
- The bedroom is one of the wettest places in your home. If you close the bedspread in the morning, the moisture created during the night can not escape from the blanket or the mattress due to sweating and breathing.
- The moisture can cause mold in the bedroom. The mattress and duvet should therefore also be well ventilated.
- Bacteria also collect on your sheets and in your mattress. Like mites, they feel comfortable in this environment and thrive, which you certainly don't want.

The morning coffee

Fill up the car in the morning
