Set up A6 format: overview of dimensions and size
If you want to set up a file in A6 format, the dimensions are often missing in the default settings. We will tell you what dimensions an A6 page has so that you can also set the correct size.
A6 format: size and dimensions of a DIN A6 page
In DIN format, one step always corresponds to half or double the size. An A3 page is twice the size of an A4 page, an A4 page is twice the size of an A5 page, etc.
- In some word processing programs, the dimensions are only specified from A3 to A5. A5 corresponds to a size of 148 x 210 mm.
- An A6 page has the dimensions 105 x 148 mm - this corresponds to half of an A5 page.
- In Word, you can enter the new dimensions for A6 under "Layout"> "Format".
