Adobe Acrobat: Insert image in PDF - how it works
This practical tip shows you how you can insert images into a PDF file free of charge even without the expensive "Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro".

With the free PDF all-rounder "Foxit Reader" you can carry out almost all editing on a PDF document that you can only master with the expensive version of "Adobe Reader Pro" (approx. EUR 650). How to insert images into a PDF document with "Foxit Reader":
- First download and install the free "Foxit Reader" from our download page.
- After installation, right-click on the PDF file in which you want to insert an image and click "Open with"> "Foxit Reader".
- Click the "Home" tab in Foxit Reader.
- Now click on the "Image" button, which is located in the "Home" tab at the top right.
- Now hold down the mouse button and draw a rectangle that should specify the size of the picture to be inserted.
- Then a window opens. Click here on "Search" and look for the picture you want to insert on your hard drive. Confirm with "Open".
- Click "OK" below the preview image to insert the selected image into the PDF document.
- Finally, save the document by clicking on the small disk above.
