Adobe After Effects: Add motion blur
Motion blur can be added in After Effects with just a few clicks. In this practical tip, we will show you how to do this.
Add motion blur in Adobe After Effects
- Start After Effects as usual and open your composition.
- Wait for the download to finish successfully before proceeding.
- Click the motion blur icon above the layer map where you want to apply the effect.
- You can recognize the symbol by the three circles in a row (see screenshot).
- The effect is now applied to your video. Wait for this process to finish.
- When you're done, you can render and export the video.
