Adobe has also switched from selling the programs to offering them as a leasing subscription. The use of the products is therefore often only worthwhile for the professional sector.

• If you want to use InDesign, the pleasure will cost you around 24 euros a month.
• If you are active in the creative field, the so-called Creative Cloud subscription, which includes over twenty programs, including Photoshop and InDesign, is worthwhile. To use the complete package, you have to pay around 60 euros per month.
• As a pupil, student or teacher you are lucky - the subscription is much cheaper here. In this case, the Creative Cloud costs around 20 euros per month.
• For small and medium-sized companies, the software company offers special offers that start at 30 euros.

InDesign is undoubtedly a good program, but for home users there are some good alternatives to InDesign that are also free of charge.
