If you want to adjust the background color in Adobe InDesign, you only have to do a few steps. Here's how to change the background color:
- First create a new layout layer. To do this, select the "Layers" panel and add a new layer.
- On the first level, draw a rectangle the size of the page you want to color. Use the rectangle tool for this.
- Now click on the "Color" panel and set the background color for the rectangle you just created.
- Your page has now been colored. On the second level, you can now easily create texts or insert pictures. These are not covered by the color.
