Adobe Lightroom: Set comparison view
There are several comparison views in Adobe Lightroom - we introduce them to you and what they are useful for.
1. Comparison view in Adobe Lightroom: Compare recordings
With the comparison mode in library mode, you can see two recordings side by side in direct comparison to decide which one is right.
- Choose library mode.
- Select two photos in the grid overview.
- Then select the small X / Y symbol below the image. Alternatively, you can press the [C] key.
2. Before / after comparison in Aodbe Lightroom
With the comparison view you can also view your processing in comparison to the original. So you have the direct before / after comparison.
- Select the "Develop" mode.
- With a click on the Y / Y symbol below the picture you can open the before / after view.
- If you click on it again, you can also view the comparison within a photo: the left half is the original, the right half edited. You can select this option using the small tick next to the Y / Y symbol.
With Adobe Lightroom, you can do a lot more than you think: For example, create great HDR images in Lightroom.
