Adobe Reader: Mark text - how it works
In Adobe Reader, you can select text with just a few clicks and easily highlight the sentences. We summarize the procedure in these instructions.
Highlight text in Adobe Reader
First click on the selection tool to mark the text in Adobe Reader. You can find the tool by right-clicking in a PDF document and choosing "Selection Tool".
- To mark the text with the "Selection Tool", hold the left mouse button and move over the text passage.
- You can now select the selected text by right-clicking> "Highlight text".
- Alternatively, if you would like to add a note to the text, click on "Add note to text". Adobe Reader now marks the spot in yellow and adds a comment field.
