Ahnma: What does that actually mean?
- With the song "Ahnma" by the hip-hop group Beginner (feat. Gzuz and Gentleman), the expression gained new fame. Previously, the term was used primarily in northern Germany.
- Ahnma comes from the youth language and is actually just an abbreviation for lazy people. Ahnma stands for "ahne mal", formulated "(er) ahne mal mal". Depending on the context, Ahnma can also stand for "guess" or "come on it".
- The meaning becomes clearer in a direct connection. The following lines are sung in the song "Ahnma" by the beginners: "What's going on, Digga, ahnma - How we watch, how we talk - Everybody says Digga these days - We put Hamburg back on the menu".
