In online role-playing games like Aion, your account can quickly be blocked. We will explain what you can do in such a case.
Aion account blocked: You can do that
Your Aion account can be blocked for various reasons. These include bot programs, the sale of game accounts, objects or currencies for real money or violations of the community guidelines. You can have it unlocked in just a few steps:
- First of all, you should check the email address that belongs to your Aion account. You should have received an email from Aion support explaining why the account was locked and what you can do. Also check the spam folder.
- Not all locks are permanent: if it is a limited period of time, this is also in the mail. You may just have to wait until the account is automatically unlocked.
- If you have not received such an email, please contact Aion support using the support form or by emailing . In any case, enter the account name, the server you are playing on and the names of the characters concerned on.
Challenge the Aion account lock
If you want to contest a charge and a ban, you can contact the Account Admin team.
- To do this, log into the support center and respond to the ticket that informed you about the block.
- Alternatively, you can use the support form or send an email to contest the decision.
- Use "Account Appeal" as the subject and collect all information that you consider relevant.
- As a rule, it must be verified that you are the real account owner. To speed this up, you can also answer the security questions directly in your request:
- What first and last name did you use when creating the account? What address did you provide when creating the account? What date of birth did you give? What product codes have been redeemed on the account? What are the different account names of the account? And what are the last four digits of the credit card you use for payments - if applicable?
