It will be the highlight of the year for X-Files fans: the cult series is making a comeback on television with new episodes. The US broadcaster FOX has now officially announced the broadcast date of the new season and further information.
New episodes of X-Files at FOX: Season 10 is coming
After 13 years, X-Files is finally back: Six new episodes of the multi-award-winning series will be shot in Vancouver from June 8 to August 14. The well-known FBI Special Agents David Duchovny (as Fox Mulder) and his colleague Gillian Anderson (as Dana Scully) will be there again.
- But if you think the series is simply tied to the last season of 2002, you will be surprised: the two special agents are still a couple, but FOX has further developed the characters, David Duchovny reveals about Fox Mulder:
- "It's important that he's not the exact same guy. You know, he's 22 years older than when we first met him, so even though his character is the same he's not going to have a French accent all of sudden, but he's a little older "(David Duchvony).
- Date of broadcast: The first episode will be broadcast on FOX on January 24, 2016 and will then be available in the media library.
