Aldi tool case in the test: real craftsmen leave their fingers out
Again and again there are apparently cheap tool cases on offer at Aldi. We show you what the tool is really good for in the test.
Tool case from Aldi: is it worth it?
- Both Aldi-Nord and Aldi-Süd frequently offer tool cases from the own brand Top Craft. It contains almost everything you should have in your house.
- However, there are numerous critical voices online. The tool cases from Aldi don't seem to be very good for real home improvement.
- For the layman, who only takes the tool from the cellar in an emergency, the quality is completely sufficient. With a price of 90 euros you are not a bargain at Aldi.
Inexpensive alternative to the Aldi tool case
- The tool case from Famex is significantly cheaper. You can get all the important utensils from a German tool provider for around 70 euros.
- In addition to pliers, bits, wrenches and screwdrivers, a spirit level, measuring tape, voltage tester and a saw are also on board. Passionate DIY enthusiasts can work with this for a long time.
In the next practice step, we will show you a useful trick that you can use to loosen screws without a wrench.
