Alexa: create a shopping list - how it works
Your voice assistant Alexa already has a shopping list. In this practical tip, we will show you how to use and manage it.
Alexa: create a shopping list - how it works
The Amazon Echo already comes with a shopping list. So you can get started right away.
- Say "Add xxx to my list" to add an item to your shopping list.
- You do not have to remember what you have already noted. When asked "what's on my list?" Alexa will list all the items already saved in your list.
Manage shopping list via app
- In the Alexa app, select "Lists" from the menu and there the "Purchasing" tab.
- If you would like to add an article to the list, tap it in the text field and then on the plus symbol.
- You mark an article as completed by ticking it and then selecting "Mark selection as completed".
- Deleting entries works in a similar way: Place a check next to the entry and tap "Delete selected entries".
