Delete all photos on iOS 8
With the latest iOS version (iOS 7) you can unfortunately no longer remove all your photos in this way. This is only possible if you connect your iPad to iPhoto and import your pictures. After that, an option appears that you can use to delete all pictures on the iPad. On the other hand, you can only select your pictures individually on your tablet and then delete all selected pictures at the same time:
- To do this, open the "Photos" app on your iPad.
- Select the album you want.
- Here you select the option "Select" in the top right corner and mark all photos. Then tap the trash can icon in the top left to remove your pictures.
This procedure works in the same way on the iPhone and iPod touch. You can find out more about Apple's photo stream in this practical tip.
