Amazon app doesn't work - you can do that
If the Amazon app no longer works on your Android smartphone or iPhone, this can be due to both the hardware and the connection. We'll show you how to solve the problem.
Amazon: smartphone app does not work
- Restart: First switch your smartphone or tablet off and on again. This eliminates small errors in the buffer.

- First open the Settings app on your Android smartphone.
- Select the category "Apps" or the "Application Manager" here.
