How does "Amazon Channels" work?
You can now add your own channels to your Prime membership with "Channels" on Amazon. Which of the 26 channels you currently choose is up to you.
- It is possible to book film channels, such as MGM, as well as sports channels (e.g. Sportdigital HD) or knowledge channels (e.g. GEO Television). You can find an overview of all stations here.
- At Amazon you can find the channels in the "Amazon Video" section. There you can view the different channels and also get an overview of what to expect from the individual programs.
- Similar to television, each station has its own program, which you can call up at any time. There are no fixed broadcast dates. You decide when you want to watch a film or a documentary.
What are the costs of "Amazon Channels"?
If you decide on a channel, you can book it for a fee. However, this is only possible with an existing Prime membership - even if it is still being tested. We show you what prices you can expect in addition to the prime costs.
