You can quickly and easily connect your Amazon Echo to Bluetooth devices. We'll explain how to do it.
Amazon Echo: Pair Bluetooth devices - how it works
- First, you need to put the Bluetooth device you want to pair into pairing mode. The procedure differs from device to device. If you do not immediately know how to do this, read this step in the operating instructions of the device.
- Open the Settings in the Alexa app or navigate to Settings on the Amazon Alexa website and there to your Echo.
- Here you will find the item "Bluetooth". If you click "Pair a new device", the Amazon Echo switches to pairing mode.
- If the Echo detects the Bluetooth device, it will be displayed in the list. If you select the device you want to pair, the Echo connects to the device and reports whether the connection was successful.
- If you click "Next", the device is paired with the Echo. If you want to disconnect it, go the same way and select "Disconnect".
If you don't like the name, you can rename Amazon Echo Alexa. Another practical tip will tell you how to do this and which options you have with you.
