You cannot control your PS 4 with the Amazon Echo alone.
- You also need the Logitech Harmony Elite remote control.
- First connect this remote control to your network according to the instructions for use supplied.
- Next you need the Yonomi app for Android or iOS.
- You also need the Alexa app.

If you have the necessary equipment, you can control your remote control with the Amazon Echo and Alexa.
- First, set up the hub that came with the remote control. You will need the associated app for Android or iOS.
- Once this has been done, the app shows you all devices that are integrated in the network. So of course you should also have your PS 4 in the network.
- Now install the Yonomi skill in the Alexa app. Instructions on how to activate skills in Alexa can be found in another practical tip.
- The next step is to link the Harmony Hub in the settings of the Yonomi app.
- Once everything has been set up, you can control your PS 4 using the Harmony remote control or the app on your smartphone. All you have to do is select the Playstation from the list of connected devices and, for example, switch your PS 4 on or off via Amazon Echo.
