When you receive an order delivered with Amazon Logistics, you will usually find very precise times for your delivery on the Amazon website. Call up the shipping confirmation in your email inbox. Here you can find out the delivery date and usually also an approximate time using the "Track your parcel" button and "Track delivery" Alternatively, you will also find a "Track delivery " button in your Amazon order overview (" My account "> " My orders ").
1. Store access code for Amazon Logistics
If you are not at home, you can also send the courier an access code to the house or garage. You can enter the code in the order overview (" My account "> " My orders "). The courier receives the code when he scans your parcel and stands at the door.
2. Tracking at Amazon Logistics
The tracking on the Amazon page shows you whether your package has already been sent and is in the transporter or whether the goods still have to be packed in a box. So you always know exactly whether the order is already on the way to you. You will also see when your package is expected to be delivered.
3. Understand the path of the package
Which way did my order go exactly? If you want to know it exactly, you can see the number of completed stations in the " Track delivery " overview by clicking on the tracking number .
4. Find the parcel courier on the card
If your order is in the hands of the parcel courier, you can track the arrival via live tracking on a card. You can find this again under " Track delivery ". There Amazon shows you how many packages the driver still delivers before he rings your doorbell. On the map you can see the current location of the driver and your address as the target.
5. Order delivered by Amazon Logistics
Once the order has arrived, you will receive a confirmation of this in your order overview under "Track package ". There you can see, for example, whether the package has been handed over to a neighbor (on Amazon this means " house residents ") or has been deposited at another location.
If the package does not arrive at all, you should complain to Amazon and explain your problem to customer service. This is not only possible by phone, but also online.
