Amazon Marketplace: Contact seller - how it works
This guide explains how to contact a seller on Amazon Marketplace - for example, if you have any questions about an item.
How to contact Amazon Marketplace sellers
Open the Amazon website and click "My Account" on the right. If you are not yet logged in, then log in.
- Then click on "My Orders" and go to the Amazon Marketplace Order.
- Under the article name of your order is the name of the seller under "Sale by". Click on the name.
- Now click on "Detailed seller information" on the left and then on "Seller name customer service" on the right.
- In the form that appears, you can choose whether you have a question about your order or an item that is for sale.
- Also select the subject of the email (eg "Product information") and confirm with "Write message".
- Write the message to the seller within the text box shown. You can also send text files, PDF files, Word documents and various image types to the seller via "Attach attachment".
- Send the message to the Amazon marketplace seller via "Send email".
