Amazon Music doesn't work - you can do that

Amazon Music has stopped working. What to do?
- First, you should check the Amazon Music settings. To do this, open the following Amazon website and log in to your account if necessary.
- You can check the authorizations under "Manage my devices". Search for your smartphone or tablet and check the status. If necessary, you can revoke the authorization here and set it up again by using the app.
- Below you will find "Your country settings". Here you can see which music library you are linked to. If something other than Germany or even two countries is displayed here, change the settings to Germany.
Amazon Music doesn't work: solve problem
- If Amazon Music no longer works on your mobile phone or tablet, you should switch the device off and on again first. Then uninstall the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- If you do not use Amazon Music in your browser on the PC, you should delete the cookies and the cache. Try another browser as well to find the source of the error.
