Amazon Music does not start in the browser

If Amazon Music doesn't start in your PC's web browser, you can do the following:

Make sure you are opening the correct page. The address is: //music.amazon.de. To use it, you must have an active subscription and log in with your user name and password.
If you are not connected to the Internet, Amazon Music will not start in your browser either.
Test another one using web browser and check if Amazing Music starts there.

If the page loads but there is no sound, first check the volume settings of the web player and the audio settings of Windows. You may also have just muted the browser tab you are using.

If you're listening to Amazon Music through an app on your smartphone or tablet, other approaches to solving the problem come into question:
