Amazon package doesn't arrive - you can do that
If you have been waiting for the Amazon package for a long time and it does not arrive, there are the following options:
- Contact seller: Always contact the seller of your ordered goods first. To do this, go to "My account"> "My orders" on Amazon and call up the "Contact seller" function for the relevant item.
- If the seller has not automatically added a tracking, you can use the subject "Where's my order?" or ask "Other Questions" for the tracking number of the appropriate delivery service.
- If this is already the case, click on the yellow button "Track delivery" on the right.
- Also check whether you have ordered the item in advance and that no payment has yet been made.
- It is also advisable to check the billing and delivery addresses you have provided to ensure they are current.
- Did you order from abroad? Here the delivery may take a little longer than usual. You will find the expected delivery date in the order overview.
