Amazon Underground: Fix "App was not installed" error

- In order for the app to work, you must first make a few settings.
- To do this, switch to the "Settings" of your smartphone and select the "Security" item.
- The "Unknown sources" option must be activated here so that you can correct the error.
- Then try installing the app again. If the error occurs again, continue with the tips below.
- In order for the installation to work, you should always install the latest version of the app. You can get this from us in the download portal.
- The installation may also be blocked by other apps, such as virus scanners or firewalls. Deactivate this as a test.
- If you can't solve the problem, contact Amazon support. Click on "Digital Services" above and select the "App Shop & Apps" option under "Topic". Under "concerns" then select "I can not download an app".
