You can't install Amazon Underground - you can
"Underground" is Amazon's own app store. This practical tip shows you what you can do if the app cannot be installed.
Install Amazon Underground
Amazon offers free access to otherwise paid apps in its underground app store every day. Of course, that's a pretty practical fact. It is all too logical, however, that Google's Play Store does not offer the app, since it is direct competition.

- Important: To install the apk. File you have to allow "Unknown sources" in the security settings of your smartphone.
- To install "Amazon Underground", your Android device must have at least Android 4.1.
Amazon Underground cannot be installed
If errors occur during the installation, there are several ways to fix them:
- First of all, it should be pointed out again that the "Unknown sources" must be permitted in the security settings.
- In addition, it must be excluded that there is another version of the "Underground App" on your device that prevents the installation.
- Therefore, uninstall the "Amazon Underground" app to reinstall it.
- If there are still problems with the installation, the error could also be in the installation file. Try one of the following installation packages: Version 1Version 2Version 3Version 4
- The installation files differ only in the composition of the packages, but not in the functionality or the version number.
- In the event that installation is still not possible, contact Amazon Customer Service. Click on "Digital Services" above and select the "App Shop & Apps" option under "Topic". Under "concerns" then select "I can not download an app".
