If you had problems with a seller on an Amazon order, you can report the seller. You can find out how to best do this in this practical tip.
Report dubious seller on Amazon
To share your unpleasant shopping experience with Amazon, you should use the Amazon contact form.
- After clicking on the link, you will be taken to the Amazon login page and logged into your customer account.
- You will then be directed to the contact form, where you will find your orders under point 1. There you select the order with which you have problems with the seller.
- Point 2 deals with further information about your concern. To the question "How can we help you?" to answer, select "I have a question about my order" from the drop down menu.
- In the dropdown menu next to "Please give us more information about your concern?" opt for "concerns about marketplace or sales partner order".
- Under "Further details" select the option "Seller feedback".
- Finally, enter the desired contact under point 3.
