The Amazon callback service for customers
If you don't want to contact "the traditional way" as Amazon calls it, you can use the Amazon callback service.
- On the Amazon homepage, click on "Imprint" at the top and then on "Contact us" (yellow box on the far right).
- After you have entered your access data, you can select your request from a list of topics.
- Then enter the phone number at which you can be reached and decide whether you want to be called back by Amazon customer service immediately or in five minutes.
