Send a message to other users - Here's how

Sending messages via Windows - so it'll work
- First open the Task Manager.
- Then switch to the "Users" tab.
- Double-click the user to whom you want to send a message.
- In the next window you can enter a subject and the actual message.
- The message is sent with "OK".
