Android: 32- or 64-bit CPU - that's how you find out
Many current Android smartphones and tablets already have a 64-bit CPU. You can easily check for yourself whether your device is equipped with a 32- or 64-bit processor.

The architecture of a processor is specified as 32- or 64-bit. You can read exactly what the difference is in one of our hardware articles. 64-bit processors above all ensure better performance and support more RAM. The built-in CPU can be read out on your Android smartphone or tablet at any time.
- You will not find the relevant information in the settings. Instead, you have to use a third-party app like "Antutu Benchmark".
- Install the free tool on the PlayStore on your smartphone or tablet and start the app.
- Then switch to the "Info" tab below. Now you can see the architecture of your processor in the "CPU" section next to "Type". It says either "32-bit" or "64-bit".
