The APN settings tell the smartphone via which access points it receives mobile data and MMS messages.
- Open the settings on your Android smartphone.
- Tap the "More settings" option and then "Mobile networks".
- Now open the "Access points". Either tap the menu button at the bottom or the button with the three dots at the top right.
- Select the "Reset to default settings" option there.

If the settings have been reset, they may not be configured correctly. Each provider has different access data. We show you the data for the largest providers in the following points. If your provider is not listed, you will find the access data on their website.
