Android: change boot animation
If you don't like the boot animation when you boot up your Android smartphone, you can easily change it. Smart developers have released an app and many templates that can be used free of charge. Also included are boat animations from well-known manufacturers such as Samsung or Google. The only requirement: Your Android device must be rooted.
Change boot animation via Android app
- First download the "Boot Animations root" app on your rooted smartphone.
- When you open the app you will see a long list of available animations. As a preview, you have to be content with the small pictures on the left for the free version. In the full version of "Boot Animations root" for $ 3, you can view the boot screens as animation beforehand. To purchase the upgrade, go to "Menu"> "Unlock Features".
- If you want to set up a boot animation, click on it and select "Install". It will then be downloaded automatically.
- Before the installation you have to confirm the superuser access again and the new boot screen is set up.
