- Install the latest version from the Google Play Store, which we can download for free.
- Remove your Google account in the settings under the menu item "Accounts" and then set it up again.
- Select the "Apps" tab in the Android settings. For "Google Play Store, " "Download Manager, " and "Google Services Framwork, " tap "Clear data" and "Clear cache."
- Restart your cell phone.
- Try downloading the app that previously received error 403. If it is an update, make sure that you are logged in to the Google Play store with the Google account that you used to download or buy the app.
- If the error message persists, start the download via the mobile network.
- If the problem is still not resolved, go to the system settings again and open the menu item "Apps". Under "Google Play Store, " tap "Uninstall updates."
