Android: Samsung account cannot be activated - you can do that
It may happen that your Samsung account can no longer be activated on your android. This practical tip shows you what you can do if you cannot activate and set it up in the usual way.
This is how your Samsung account can be reactivated on Android
If problems occur with the account synchronization, these can often only be remedied by resetting your device to the factory settings. As a result, you will lose all data if you do not save it beforehand. With this trick you can repair and activate your Samsung account again without having to reset it to factory settings.
- You can normally activate your Samsung account in the "Accounts" section in your Android's settings (see picture). Simply tap on "Add account". In rare cases, however, it can happen that your Samsung account remains deactivated despite repeated activation.
- Then go to the settings of your android and select the entry "Backup and reset".
- Now swipe up until you reach the point "Reset to factory settings".
- Of course, do not carry out this step until the final reset, but only follow some of the steps. A pop-up window then appears with this procedure, with which you can log in to the Samsung account and thereby reactivate it.
- So in the point "Reset factory settings" tap on "RESET DEVICE".
- When prompted, enter your PIN to confirm.
- The pop-up window should appear at the latest and you can log in to your Samsung account.
- This trick works due to a software bug that appears on Android on Samsung. This means that you will find your Samsung account in the accounts overview, but you cannot activate it with a tap. It remains permanently deactivated. By performing the steps until shortly before the final software reset, you can bring the Samsung account that you believed dead back to life.
