Call: Have the landline automatically forwarded to your cell phone
You can have important calls forwarded automatically from your landline phone to your cell phone. We'll show you how it works.
Set up automatic call forwarding from landlines to cell phones
You can now set call forwarding via the menu on most cordless phones. For conventional devices, do the following. However, please note that additional costs may arise for forwarding to your cell phone.
- First, pick up the handset so that you can hear a dial tone.
- Now type in the numbers 21. Then select your mobile phone number to which the calls should be forwarded and finally press the [#] key.
- You should now hear the announcement "Service feature activated". Forwarding is now set up.
Deactivate the feature for landline forwarding
If you would like to deactivate call forwarding again, proceed similarly:
- You pick up your handset and receive a dial tone.
- Then enter "# 21 #". You should hear the announcement "Feature deactivated".
- Your call forwarding is now switched off.
If you are away from home longer, you can also forward your e-mails via Outlook.
