Anthem is a shooter role-playing game from game developer BioWare, which can currently be tested in the beta phase. We have explained below which tips you should consider when playing the trial version.
These are the 3 best tips for the Anthem beta
The futuristic shooter role-playing game Anthem will be released on February 22, 2019. In beta you can test the title in single player mode, but also with others. An essential part of the game is a suit called Javelin, which can be upgraded and modified.
- The 4 classes: The Javelin suit described above is available in 4 different classes. These have very different skills and therefore vary the gameplay. There are the classes Ranger, Colossus, Interceptor and Storm.
- You start as a ranger, you have to unlock the other classes first. To learn how to play, we recommend sticking to the ranger suit first, because it is a perfect all-rounder and is well suited to learning unusual aspects such as flying in the game.
- Use skills: Of course, as in any shooter, there are various weapons that you can use to knock down your opponents. Depending on the suit class, there are also various skills available.
- It can be a bit overwhelming at first to incorporate these skills into the gameplay, but it is essential. There are, for example, target-searching missiles and incendiary grenades. There is also an Ultima ability that can be especially useful in boss fights.
- Dare slowly to your special skills and try to find the most effective strategy to use them.
- Use the smithy: Defeated opponents in Anthem drop loot of various rarities, which you can use in a smithy to adjust suit, appearance and armament.
- There are also findable weapon blueprints that you can use to build new guns. If you have no intended use for found items, they can also be broken down into crafting material.
