The release of the action shooter Anthem is getting closer. We reveal when the game will appear and what system requirements Anthem places on your PC.
Anthem: release in February 2019
With Anthem, the Canadian game developers from BioWare will be back in February 2019 with a graphically impressive future shooter. Mass Effect and Crysis fans will immediately feel at home here.
- Anthem will be released on February 22, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and XBOX One. All pre-orderers of the game can also take part in a VIP demo from January 25, 2019 and can already test the game.
- Anthem is available for the XBOX One and Playstation 4 from around 60 euros. You can get the PC version from our comparison portal BestCheck for just under 50 euros.
Minimal system requirements from Anthem
In order for Anthem to run on your computer in low resolution and with low graphics settings, your PC must meet the minimum system requirements. These are already comparatively high.
- Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-6350
- Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 760 or AMD Radeon 7970 or R9280X, each with 2 GB VRAM and DirectX 11 support
- RAM: 8 GB RAM
- Storage space: At least 50 GB of free storage space
- Operating system: Windows 10 in the 64-bit version
Anthem: Recommended system requirements
If you want to play Anthem in Full HD or even 4K resolution and with high graphics settings, your PC has to do a lot more. The developers recommend the following hardware:
- Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 with 3.6 GHz, AMD Ryzen 3 1300X with 3.5 GHz or better
- Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 1060 or RTX 2060 or AMD RX 480, each with 4 GB VRAM or better
- RAM: 16 GB RAM
- Storage space: At least 50 GB of free storage space
- Operating system: Windows 10 in the 64-bit version
