Apple Music for iOS 7: There's only one way ...
- Apple Streaming Service Apple Music was introduced with iOS 8.4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Since then, Apple Music has been an integral part of iOS.
- If you are using an older device with iOS 7, you will have to update to iOS 8 for Apple Music. Older devices like the iPhone 4 no longer receive an update.
- Apple Music can therefore only be used under iOS 8.4. Unfortunately, access via the browser or other tricks is not possible. A jailbreak doesn't help either.
Alternative: Use Apple Music on the PC
- If you can't use Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you still have the computer. All you need is Apple's free iTunes software.
- Apple is much less demanding here. On Mac or MacBook you need at least OS X 10.7.5 Lion, under Windows even Windows XP is completely sufficient.
