Apple TV doesn't start - this can help
- Remove the power plug and all other connections from the Apple TV and wait about 30 seconds. If you reconnect the device to the power, the Apple TV will start again in some cases.
- If that doesn't help, you have to completely reset the Apple TV. Hold down the [Menu] button and the [Volume down] button on the remote control and wait ten seconds. If you are lucky, the recovery will begin.
- If this does not happen, you still have to restore it on the PC. Connect the Apple TV to your computer with a USB cable and start iTunes. Select the device at the top left and click the "Restore Apple TV" button.
