Apple Watch: change activity goals - how it works
If the specified activity goals of the Apple Watch are too high or too low for you, you can change the settings at any time. We'll show you how it's done.
Change activity goals on Apple Watch
- First, open the Activities app on the Apple Watch home screen.
- Now swipe left or right to reach the desired category, for example "Move".
- If you press the center of the Apple Watch display, the "Change movement target" option appears.
- You can now adjust the respective value using the buttons on the display or using the digital crown.
- If you confirm the process with the "Update" button, your activity target will be changed.
