Assassin's Creed 4: Fast money at the start of the game
Poor pirates don't have it easy in Assassin's Creed 4, so quick money at the start of the game is only welcome. We'll show you how to quickly get the means to turn your ship into a floating fortress.
Make money quickly at Assassin's Creed
- Side quests: The available Templar hunts and Assassin missions earn you between 1000 and 4000 real, depending on the level of difficulty. These missions often last no longer than five to ten minutes and are usually not too difficult. With the fast travel function, you can conveniently complete several of these missions one after the other.
- Selling loot and cargo: boarding enemy ships can loot various resources. You need metal, wood and fabric for the ship upgrades. But you can sell sugar and rum at the harbor masters in the cities. 50 units of rum bring 750 reals and 50 units of sugar even 1000 reals. Hunting loot earns even more money per unit. For example, there are 750 reals for five wild boar skins.
- Treasure Chests: The “hidden” treasure chests are easy to find and regularly bring in between 250 and 750 reals. Ammo and other useful items can also be found in the chests.
- Couriers: Every now and then a courier appears on the city map, which you can catch to take away his package. You have to be nimble and follow the messenger over rooftops and fences, but after a short time you have 500 reals in your pocket.
