Assassin's Creed IV: Freeing Slaves - The Best Tips
Assassins Creed 4 DLC Freedom Cry is about freeing as many slaves as possible. In our practical tip we give you some useful tips on how you can save as many slaves as possible from the hands of your tormentors.
Assassin's Creed 4: Free slaves and collect upgrades
Assassins Creed 4: Freedom Cry is all about slavery. When you free slaves, they join the resistance, which gives you some advantages. These include free upgrades, new weapons and ammunition. So the more slaves you liberate, the easier it will be for you to complete the game.
- Throughout the city you will find slaves waiting to be freed. It is best to look for marked slaves on the map. In most cases, however, to get rid of them you have to get involved in combat. So make sure that you have enough life energy.
- The advantage of the individually distributed slaves is that they reappear regularly. Once you have freed a slave, you can simply return to the spot and free new ones. It is best to run alternately between two such places. However, this type is a bit tedious because you can only free a few slaves.
- Plantations on which more than 50 slaves are held are far more effective. But be careful: guards are lurking everywhere on the plantations, who attack the defenseless slaves as soon as your camouflage is exposed. So be extremely careful, hide in bushes and trees, and silently turn off the guards one after the other.
- There are also valuable treasures hidden on the plantations that you shouldn't miss. Note that a plantation will only reopen after you have freed the slaves from there. However, you will be informed of this.
- Most of the slaves in one fell swoop can be freed on the high seas. Look for slave ships with the telescope. Note, however, that the ships are well guarded by fleets. It is best to attack the slave ship's escort first and avoid bombing the slave ship as this will injure the slaves.
- It is best to try to switch between the plantations and slave ships. As a rule, new plantations should always be opened in the meantime or new slave ships should appear.
