From simyo to blue: This is now changing for contract owners
After the takeover of E-Plus by O2, Simyo is now to be switched to the provider Blau. We explain what is changing for Simyo customers.
Simyo turns blue: no impact for customers
By the end of the year, all Simyo customers will gradually switch to blue. As soon as the changeover is due, you will be informed by Simyo, but you do not have to do anything.
- Your Simyo contract will be rewritten as the Blau brand. Nothing changes in price, contractual services and other conditions.
- The changeover begins at the end of July. As soon as your contract is changed, you will be informed. After that, the logos on the correspondence and the website for the online account will change.
- Despite the changeover, contracts could continue to be offered under the Simyo name. This is how Base works: Customers can conclude contracts through Base, but the contractual partner is then the Telefonica Group (O2).
