In PowerPoint, an automatic slide transition helps you to perfectly time presentations. To do this, you must first activate and set up the practical feature. We show you how to proceed with the different versions of PowerPoint.
Automatic slide transition from PowerPoint 2010
In newer Office versions, you can set the automatic slide transition very easily and precisely:
- Select the slide that should automatically move to the next one.
- In the "Transitions" menu in the "Next slide" area, check the "To:"
- Enter the number of minutes, seconds and milliseconds after which the next slide should be displayed in the field next to it.
- The screenshot shows you the settings in Office 2010. In Power Point 2013 you can access the menu item for the automatic slide transition in the same way.
