Cleaning the oven - it's that easy without chemicals
Cleaning the oven thoroughly can take a lot of time and nerves with the wrong products. However, chemicals and aggressive oven cleaners are not absolutely necessary. You can also get your stove sparkling clean with home remedies.
Clean the oven with lemon juice
Take a bowl and fill it halfway with lemon juice.
- Mix the juice with a little water.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and heat your oven to around 120 degrees.
- Once the lemon water has evaporated, wipe away the burned-in stains with a damp cloth.
Oven: shaving foam to prevent stains
As a second home remedy, shaving cream is suitable for cleaning your oven.
- Put shaving cream on the stubborn stains in the oven and let the foam take effect.
- Take a damp cloth and remove the foam after the exposure time.
- Finally, wipe the entire oven with a damp cloth to remove any remaining shaving cream.
Vinegar, soap and baking powder - the ideal cleaning agents
Mix vinegar and dish soap.
- Moisten a sponge and rub over the encrusted areas until it foams.
- Let the foam take effect for a short time and the burned-in dirt will dissolve.
- You can also clean your oven with baking powder. Mix a pack of baking soda with three tablespoons of water and spread the mixture over the dirt.
- Leave everything on for about half an hour and wipe with a damp cloth.
Clean the oven with salt
Salt can also help remove incrustations in the oven.
- First wipe the inside of the oven with a damp cloth.
- Sprinkle generously with salt on the places where food is stoved.
- Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 50 degrees. Now you have to wait until the salt turns brown.
- Turn off the oven and wait for it to cool down. Then wipe off the salt with a damp cloth. The oven should now be clean.
Soda and detergent for a sparkling clean oven
The difference between baking soda and baking soda is not great. In addition to baking soda, baking powder only contains an acid.
- Mix soda with water in equal parts and apply the mixture to the encrusted areas in the oven.
- Once the baking soda has dried, which takes about half an hour, wipe the areas with a damp cloth.
- Detergent not only ensures clean laundry, but also cleans a dirty oven.
- Spread a layer of washing powder on the dirty surface. Then cover the powder with a few sheets of damp kitchen paper.
- Let the home remedy work overnight, it loosens incrustations. Wipe the oven damp the next day.
