Clean the oven with lemon - this is needed
To clean your oven with a lemon, you first need some utensils:
- a heat-resistant glass bowl
- a microfiber cloth
- a juicer
- a lemon or a lemon essence
Instructions: How to clean the oven with a lemon
- Squeeze a lemon using a lemon squeezer. If you don't have a lemon squeezer at hand, you can also use lemon essence or citric acid.
- For safety reasons, you should put the lemon juice or essence in a heat-resistant glass bowl, as the citric acid can be too hot for some baking trays.
- The oven is now set to 100 to 120 ° C. If your oven offers the option, switch on the circulating air after a few minutes of warming up. So the haze gets better in all corners.
- Let the oven run until all the liquid has evaporated.
- You should then let the oven cool down a little with the door closed. If you can stand the temperature of the oven just like that, start wiping the inside with clear water and a microfiber cloth.
- Now all burned areas should have completely loosened.
