Cancel base contract - how it works

If you want to change your mobile operator, you can simply cancel the contract at Base. We'll show you how.

Cancel Base Contract: You have to know that

The minimum term of base contracts is usually 24 months. The notice period is three months.

If you do not cancel your mobile phone contract 3 months before it expires, the contract will be extended for another 12 months.
The termination date is the date on which Base receives the termination. If you send the cancellation by post, allow at least two days for the post.

Simply enter your address and Base's cell phone and customer number.
You can find the customer number online at Mein Base and on every letter from Base. You can then send the cancellation by fax via subscription alert for a fee of EUR 3.49.
