Battlefield 1 Open Beta - Tips for the Medic
You can also try the Medic in the Battlefield 1 beta. In this article, we will show you a few tips for this and how you can best support your squad.
How to play Medic in Battlefield 1
First of all, you should know that as a medic you mainly get points from healing and support. If you are hoping for a positive kill series, you may want to play a scout.
- Each class can carry gadgets that you can use in combat. With the Medic, this is on the one hand a syringe for resuscitation and on the other hand bandages or a box with AOE effect (works in a certain area) for healing.
- At Conquest, make sure you are always close to your squad members. This is the best way to support them.
- The Rush mode is similar to Conquest. However, Rush is a much faster game mode than Conquest, so you should be prepared.
- You should be careful with your unique gadgets. You can also kill enemies with a full syringe, and any healing box can also be destroyed. A good position is therefore important for them.
- The highest level of alert is required in every game mode. You always have to be careful and have a good overview of the situation and the opponents. Therefore, especially ask your scout to mark opponents. Of course, you should also do this yourself, because this is the only way you can optimally support your allies.
- The general rule is: First of all, provide a safe environment to revive someone. There is no use to anyone if you try a Kamikaze cure and die in the process. Because once the Medic is dead, it looks bad for the rest of the Squad with the supply.
- Your KD (Kill / Death-Ratio) should not play a role for you, because you benefit from healing and support as a medic and can therefore level your rank. It doesn't help a true medic to be in first place because of the kills. You should only play Medic when you really want to help your allies. However, if only the kills are important to you, then you should probably play Assault or Scout.
